Mr. Arndt is a highly experienced and skilled heavy equipment operator as <br />well as an experienced supervisor. His areas of responsibility include: project planning and execution; <br />project equipment maintenance; crew supervision; and project production, workmanship quality, safety, <br />and reporting and recordkeeping. Mr. Arndt's vast experience allows Ceres to apply his expertise in a <br />variety of critical roles including disaster response and recovery mission management, demolition and <br />construction project management, and environmental response and restoration project management. <br />Professional Experience <br />Manager, Ceres Environmental Services, Inc. 1/2002 - Present <br />Experience includes more than three years in debris. Duties include work on the following projects: <br />· Disaster recovery efforts in debris removal and reduction following Hurricanes Katrina and Rita in <br />2005. Responsibilities included quality control, monitoring daily production progress, daily work <br />scheduling and coordination of subcontract and Ceres debris collection crews, safety, and contract <br />compliance. At peak production levels, this portion of the Katrina response mission represented <br />80,000 cubic yards per day and over 300 crews. <br />· Hurricanes Francis and Charley disaster debris removal recovery efforts in Florida in Collier County, <br />Palm Beach County, and Deltona. Performed supervisory duties relating to debris collection activities <br />and managed vegetative grinding operations at one TSDR site. The TSDR maintained a reduction <br />rate of over 16,000 cubic yards per day. <br />· The Indiana Dunes National Lake Shore Restoration Tree Removal Project. This project involved <br />selective clearing of trees and non-native vegetation and disposing of the debris. This occurred over a <br />20-mile area secured by the State of Indiana as part of the Department of the Interior Great Lakes <br />Coastal Restoration Project efforts. <br />· Several demolition projects on military bases across the United States. These projects included <br />facilities at Navy installations in California and Virginia and required debris management, hazardous <br />material removal, asbestos and lead-based paint abatement, and site restoration. This work ran for <br />approximately nine months over various time periods. <br />· Hurricane Isabel disaster debris removal recovery efforts in Virginia. Performed supervisory duties <br />relating to debris collection activities and reduction. <br />· Pierce City, MO cleanup project that resulted from tornado destruction of a 19th Century downtown <br />area of a Missouri town. Tasks included C&D debris removal and disposal, and demolition of tornado- <br />damaged buildings. <br />· Several disaster recovery debris removal and and/or reduction efforts in various states following ice <br />storms. Includes Spartanburg, SC; Kentucky DOT/Rowan County, KY; Raleigh, NC; Shelby, NC; <br />Zebulon; Kansas City, MO; and Hobart, OK. <br /> <br />C~RB~S <br /> <br />Tab B.
