o

Whenever responding to a disaster event, Crowder makes its relationship and communication with its client a
priority. Without effective communication and an excellent working relationship, the progress and
effectiveness of debris management projects suffer. Under contract, Crowder Disaster Recovery will adhere to
CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH'S regulations regarding community notification of our efforts in the area. By
advertising in the Sunday editions of two local papers and on two local major radio stations, Crowder will
inform local residents of the schedule for removal, what is eligible for pick-up, and how to place the debris on
the right of way. These announcements will be run for a minimum of four times a day, three days per week.
These announcements will be updated weekly and will be approved by CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH
prior to use.

Initial Response and Mobilization Plan

Once under contract, Crowder Disaster Recovery guarantees to move quickly and efficiently to respond to
CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH.
