Together, our companies have extensive experience in support of <br />governmental operations, life support contracts, and post disaster environments. ORC/Base wiIl <br />deploy a Camp Program Manager on-site to provide oversight, execution, and quality control and <br />will assign a command center response manager to each camp to coordinate sufficient staffing, <br />resources, equipment, and supplies to each site from a central location. Within 72-96 hours, <br />ORC and Base Logistics will establish a fully operational base camp for up to 1 000 persons <br />within a disaster area. Camp will operate 2417; operate for 30 or more days; and is <br />approximately 2-10 acres. <br /> <br />Fuel Supply <br /> <br />ORC headquarters personnel will have established a list of emergency fuel suppliers in any and <br />all awarded region for use by field maintenance/fuel personnel. Field maintenance/fuel <br />personnel shall prepare their assigned maintenance/fuel vehicles for deployment in accordance <br />with the appropriate inventory and safety checklists. <br /> <br />In addition, ORe's Team associates in the Cahaba Group maintain standing fuel supplies of <br />50,000 gallons of diesel fuel and 5,000 gallons of gasoline, as well as 3 fuel tanker trucks, <br />centrally and safely located inland in the Southeast United States for immediate mobilization in <br />areas affected by fuel shortage. <br /> <br />Personnel Trainim! <br /> <br />All personnel records (management, supervisors, foremen and laborers) shall be reviewed prior <br />to deployment of personnel, to ensure all personnel have documentation of current training for <br />each position that they could be assigned (in accordance with OSHA, EP A, and other applicable <br />regulations and standards). <br /> <br />EMERGENCY DEBRIS CLEARANCE (PUSH) <br /> <br />As tasked by the GOVERNMENT, ORC will provide Emergency Road Clearance which <br />involves the emergency clearing, cutting, tossing and/or pushing of debris from the primary <br />transportation routes to the medians or sides of the public rights-of-way (ROW). Under direction <br />of the GOVERNMENT, ORC crews will work independently or in conjunction with <br />GOVERNMENT crews to temporarily clear debris from pre-designated critical arteries to <br />facilitate the movement of emergency vehicles and other critical traffic in the immediate <br />aftermath of a disaster. Only a single lane is usually cleared at first with the additional lanes <br />being cleared according to the needs and requirements of the affected community. In addition, <br />entrances and routes to hospitals and emergency service facilities, such as fire and police <br />departments, are given priority for this emergency debris and fallen tree clearance. <br /> <br />The equipment utilized in this operation can include, but is not limited to: large rubber tired <br />loaders with grapples or rakes; small bobcat type loaders to access narrow areas; and other <br />specialized clearing equipment as may be required by local conditions.
