Our <br />detailed variance budget tracking system <br />allows the City of Sunny Isles Beach to <br />see where all the costs are tracking for <br />each trade and allows you to make the <br />best design decisions as your project moves toward final construction documents. We have already met <br />with a precast subcontractor regarding the feasibility and advantages of revising the design, and look <br />forward to working with the design team members to focus on efficiency with constant attention to <br />the overall aesthetics.
