The
emphasis of the partnership was on reducing the total recordable incident rate by 3% annually, assisting the subcontractor
base in improving their Safety and Health Management System and educating the non-English speaking work force in proper
safety and health practices.

CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION AND EXECUTION

The ultimate success of this project depends not only on the safe, timely, and cost efficient construction of a quality building,
but also on the effective communication of project information and the documentation of that information throughout the
development and construction of the project.

Pavarini will meet with the Project Team and refine or modify these procedures and methods as necessary to meet the specific
needs and contractual obligations of the project, including the format, frequency, and routing of:

. Monthly project status reports
. Interim updates on buy-out, schedule, and critical long lead items
· Meeting minutes
. Submittals/ shop drawings
. Requests for information
. Bulletins, field orders, and directives
. And, when appropriate, requests for change orders

As an extension of the planning process, and a critical activity of the construction administration phase, Pavarini will meet with
the Building Department and other authorities having jurisdiction over the project (accompanied by other Team Members as
appropriate) and clarify requirements for:

. Special engineering submissions and permits
· Product approvals
. Inspections and courtesy walk-throughs
· As-built submissions
· Threshold Inspections
. TCO requirements particular to a multiple phase process
. Final CO requirements including final certifications and submissions

DELIVERY

Throughout the construction phase, Pavarini will constantly manage, monitor, and report any realistic opportunity to improve
the delivery schedule of the project. Following the initial phase of construction, when the main work force is assembled,
standard cycles of production have been established, major long lead delivery items have been defined and contracted, and
the basic "rhythm" of the project is established, Pavarini will explore potential schedule advantages through selective
acceleration, increased crew sizes, and alternate means and methods. This will be presented to the Owner for their
consideration.

Pavarini has arrived at the schedule durations by thoroughly reviewing the design intent, site conditions and understanding
how the various structures relate to each other not only in a structural placement but also in a MEP services and Life Safety
Systems manner. In order to qualify for a TCO, we will have to provide the required MEP, Fire Protection, life Safety systems,
and safe ingress and egress. Pavarini prepares for this TCO process by having bi-monthly meetings beginning at project start

BID PROPOSAL TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR
THE HERITAGE PARK AND PARKING GARAGE I CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH.
