Description of how contractor's team will be organized and assigned responsibilities for this <br />Project. <br /> <br />The Project Executive, Senior Superintendent, and Project Manager have all successful delivered <br />multiple projects together. <br /> <br />The Project Executive will have overall responsibility and be supported by the Project Manager and <br />Senior Superintendent. <br /> <br />Project Management responsibilities will be distributed by CSI division with Project Managers respon- <br />sible for all aspects of their assigned trades. Similarly on the field side Superintendents will be as- <br />signed responsibility by CSI division. Project Managers and Superintendents will work closely as <br />teams to ensure proper execution of the work including scheduling, coordination, procurement, cost, <br />and quality control. In addition to individual responsibility for quality control their will be an assistant <br />superintendent who will be dedicated to quality control and maintenance of field quality control to <br />include checklist for quality assurance for each trade and stage of the project. There will be an on- <br />site safety manager to ensure project compliance with Bovis Lend Lease standards. provide ongoing <br />training, perform hazard analysis plans, pre-task planning and support during high risk activities. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />.
