The struc- <br />tural system is entirely composed of precast concrete <br />members; beams, columns, double-tees, wall panels, <br />etc. <br /> <br />Overtown Transit Village and Parking <br /> <br />Brief Description: <br />This project included a seven story parking garage with <br />892 spaces. The slabs were post tension with struc- <br />tural steel connecting hinge slabs at the settlement <br />connection between the tower and the garage. The <br />exterior wall sections of the garage were precast pan- <br />'. els with integral planters. <br /> <br />Brief Description: <br />The project consisted of the renovation to the play- <br />ground and concessions stand at the Durham Bulls <br />Stadium. The 8,500 sf elevated structural steel deck <br />and masonry building includes bathrooms and a con- <br />cession area constructed on the deck of the Durham <br />.
