What is the timeframe? <br />The Central Island Project is coming to an end, and so we would like to start putting <br />these signs up by the end of July or the beginning of August, and we need them up <br />ASAP. You can propose a time in your proposal and that will be taken into account as <br />well. <br /> <br />18. Do we have to provide shop drawings? <br />Yes. <br /> <br />19. Will the decision be made solely on price or will you evaluate other factors? <br />We will evaluate other factors as well. This City tends to focus on quality, we want a <br />good price, but we don't want to pay any more than we have to.
