That is private property and we doubt that they are going to let you <br />access it. The fence is right on the property line, if you want to abut it with a chain-link <br />fence for more security, you may do so. If you are referring to that area that is very <br />narrow where the sidewalk already is there, is a fence and a fence, if you need to <br />remove a portion of that temporarily to get equipment in and out without encroaching <br />on the property, that would be considered. <br /> <br />21. That would make it a little more expensive at this stage in our industry, but you realize it is <br />the future for us, and so I believe you would be pretty much embracing that line of work. <br />If you put that in your proposal, it would be given consideration. <br /> <br />24. We had requested if you had as-built drawings for surveys for this property. <br />Right now no, we don't have any as-builts for that property or that area. That may <br />sound strange but this was built by someone else and donated to the City, and we have <br />been trying for some time to track down the drawings and have not been able to obtain <br />them. <br /> <br />25. Are there any special permits from the City that are going to be required like a site plan <br />approval of some sort? Also, when this goes to Building, could we anticipate potentially <br />expedited reviews of some sort since it is a City project? <br />Once we have a site plan and we know what we are doing, we will show it to the City <br />Commission for approval, and yes, we will expedite this project through the Building <br />Department. We can't waive <br />DERM or Fire or anybody else. You will be required to conform to all permit <br />requirements, If you stay within the parameters that we set, you won't have any <br />problems with DERM. Once you start encroaching into that area towards the south <br />where we have the mangroves, that will start bringing up problems. <br /> <br />26. Is there going to be a need for any sort of power sources, lighting? <br />We do plan on keeping the Park open until 9:00 p.m. and so please incorporate lighting <br />in your design.
