<br />J, Willful refusal or failure to comply with safety precautions. This includes the <br />failure to comply with safety precautions. <br /> <br />k. Failure to report injuries or accidents immediately or misrepresenting facts <br />regarding the same. <br /> <br />1. Horseplay of any kind while on duty, <br /> <br />m. Appearing on the clients' premises at any time other than his/her scheduled shift. <br /> <br />n. Failure to notify your supervisor of an inability to report for duty at least four (4) <br />hours prior to start of your shift your assigned hours of work. <br /> <br />o. Any solicitation, collection of contributions, or distribution of literature of any <br />kind on Bayus or clients' premises without prior approval or Bayus management. <br /> <br />p. Failure to accept working assignments in the best interest of the company <br /> <br />Violations, which will result in immediate discharge, are: <br /> <br />a, Reporting to work under the influence or in the possession of alcoholic beverages <br />or federally regulated drugs without the proper prescription, etc. <br /> <br />b. Threatening, intimidating or coercing a fellow employee, an employee of the <br />client or school children <br /> <br />c, Gambling, lottery, or other games of chance while on duty. <br /> <br />d. Deliberate destruction or permIttmg damage to Bayus Security or Client's <br />property, tools, machines, equipment, etc. <br /> <br />e. Leaving the post without being properly relieved. <br /> <br />f. Theft of property belonging to Bayus Security, Bayus employees, the client, or <br />client employees. <br /> <br />43 <br />
