<br />C SECTION 4.0 <br />QUALITY ASSURANCE <br /> <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach: Special Inspection Services <br />RFQ No. 11-07.11 <br /> <br />URS Corporation and the Boca Raton (URS) office has developed and has implemented a fully <br />documented Quality Management System governed by procedures, work instructions, forms, drawings <br />and other supporting documentation to be used by all departments and/or organizations having direct or <br />supportive participation in processes affecting the quality of our deliverables. Our Quality Policy Manual <br />defines the Quality Management System to be compliant to ISO 9001 (ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q9001: 2000) and <br />regulates all disciplines at all levels within URS. Copies of this Confidential Plan can be made available <br />upon request. The following discussions present highlights of important components of the plan.
