<br />C 4.1.1 Quality Planning/Project Control <br /> <br />Project-specific Quality Plans are developed as part of the PMP as necessary, and are an integral part of <br />the Quality Management System. Project-specific Quality plans are used to define how URS will meet our <br />client's specific project requirements. Documented procedures describe all planning activities. Quality <br />plans address required quality activities, acceptance criteria, key stages of project development, <br />responsibilities and authorities, and documentation requirements. <br />Documented procedures ensure that all required quality activities have been performed satisfactorily by <br />qualified personnel prior to the release of the deliverable.
