URS played a key role <br />'"" during the design and construction phases of this 350,000-SF <br />facility. Initial URS construction program management <br />responsibilities included master planning, budgeting, and <br />market research to help define the style of the structure and <br />fagade, allowing it to complement adjacent developments, as <br />well as establish the space requirements.
