Mr. Polo was the PM <br />for the recently completed Bridge of Lion's replacement project in St. Augustine, FL and was also the Lead <br />resident CEI office engineer on the Royale Park Replacement Bridge in downtown West Palm Beach <br />completed in 2007. Mr. Polo, P.E. will be responsible for the coordination of requests to provide <br />engineering support services to the URS Engineering principal-in-charge, Mr. Thomas Mullin, P.E., V.P. <br /> <br />Mr. Mullin will be responsible for the coordination of local office support to provide the appropriate engineering <br />services to the project. He has over 33 years total experience in Geotechnical and Civil Engineering <br />design projects. Mr. Mullin has been responsible for geotechnical evaluations and design work, for a wide <br />variety of projects including foundation design of several ports and harbor facilities, power plant structures, <br />reservoir embankments, transportation facilities, numerous high rise towers, commercial and industrial <br />facilities. <br /> <br />3-4 I P " g e <br /> <br />URS <br />
