Create a tracking log to monitor and track the shop drawings to make sure that all the shop <br />drawings are prepared and stamped by the General Contractor and distribute them to the <br />Engineer of the Record for his review. These shop drawings will be tracked from submittal until <br />returned to the General Contractor and will ensure that a copy is submitted to the City and the <br />inspector in the field so they can perform their inspections based on approved shop drawings. <br />All the logs and status of the shop drawings will be reviewed in accordance with the contractor <br />approved schedules at the weekly or bi-weekly status meetings. <br />. All RFI submitted to the Engineer of the Record by the Prime Contractor will be monitored, <br />tracked, and the status will be reviewed on a bi-weekly basis to make sure that the proper <br />answer has been provided by the Engineer of the Record to the General Contractor. <br /> <br />,., <br />. <br /> <br />-, <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.., <br /> <br />., <br /> <br />Site Observations/Close-out. Team Tally has been assembled to maximize the skills and abilities <br />required for these projects. They include qualified technicians with the ability to read the plans and <br />identify any potential problems before they affect the project schedule and identify and correct it <br />before it impacts the contractor. Because Tally Engineering is a material testing consultant, <br />experienced with testing and reporting, they are well qualified to perform all the required testing <br />utilizing inspection log sheets to meet and exceed the requirements of these projects. Due to the <br />sensitivity, Tally Engineering has the personnel and equipment for vibration monitoring during the <br />pile driving. Upon completion of the project, Team Tally will walk the job with the contractor and <br />create a punch list with the contractor and monitor this punch list to ensure that it is fully complied <br />with before sign off and project certification to the City. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />., <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.., <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />On-site Presence. For every activity, Team Tally will have a pre-activity meeting to identify all the <br />items, then the on-site inspector will monitor all the inspections to ensure that the contractor <br />complies with all specifications, logs will be maintained on a daily basis and turned into the Project <br />Administrator. The Project Administrator will assign all work for inspections, review the logs and <br />daily reports at the end of each day. <br /> <br />-, <br />. <br /> <br />.., <br />. <br /> <br />Safety. This is a primary concern for Team Tally and Team Tally will make sure that the contractor <br />complies with all the OSHA safety rules and maintains daily safety meetings and that contractor has <br />the OSHA-certified safety officer on staff. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Schedule and Budqet. Team Tally's Project Manager is experienced in scheduling and he will <br />monitor the contractor's proposed schedule. Every month the contractor will be required to submit <br />an updated project schedule. The schedule will be reviewed with the contractor during the weekly <br />or bi-weekly construction meetings. Team Tally's Project Manager will constantly review the <br />budget and update the City Project Manager with reports and time-versus-money analyses and <br />approve the contractor's certified payment and provide to the City Project Manager for processing. <br />If change orders are submitted by the contractor, the Project Manager will review them and make <br />recommendations to the City Project Manager. <br /> <br />., <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.., <br /> <br />.., <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Professional Consultinq Services <br /> <br />.., <br /> <br />Team Tally has reviewed the bridge plan and fishing pier plan that were developed by BHA <br />Engineering and the assembled team is quite familiar with constructability and value engineering <br />and if there are any design modification recommendations or design services needed, expertise is <br />provided under this proposal. Team Tally is familiar with bridge design, bridge construction, all <br />types of piling design, piling installation plan, pile driving, pile testing.
