<br />This project involved a three-mile span of 12 drill shafts for a cable guardrail system. It was determined that four
<br />of the shafts did not have adequate depth and Mr. Borojerdi was hired to re-analyze the shafts at a depth that the
<br />CSL considered acceptable. The shafts were structurally analyzed and certification was issued by Mr. Borojerdi,
<br />as a specialty engineer.

<br />Mr. Borojerdi was hired as a specialty engineer to perform CSL testing, concrete cores and structurally analyze
<br />four drill shafts out of the total 56 that were performed by the prime contractor that did not meet the original
<br />design requirement. Mr. Borojerdi developed the EAR scope and performed a structural analysis and these shafts
<br />were certified by the specialty engineer, Mr. Borojerdi.

<br />Mr. Borojerdi performed structural analysis drill shaft for the mast arm that CSL shows anomaly at the bottom of
<br />the shaft. Structural analysis was performed to show that this shaft is to be left in place.

<br />Mr. Borojerdi was the specialty engineer to the contractor and analyzed the two drill shafts of the total 75 shafts
<br />whose as-built condition did not meet the design requirement. Mr. Borojerdi developed the EAR scope,
<br />structurally analyzed the two shafts and certified them as the specialty engineer.

<br />Mr. Borojerdi, as the specialty engineer, developed the EAR and perfonned the structural engineering analysis and
<br />calculation for nine drill shafts that did not meet the design requirements. Based upon the engineering analysis
<br />and calculations, these dril1s shafts were submitted to the original Engineer of the Record and FOOT and approved
<br />to remain in place, with the exception of one shaft which the specialty engineer recommended be substituted with
<br />a new drill shaft.

<br />Design and permitting of a culvert bridge to provide access from Flamingo Road to the community over a canal
<br />being controlled by Central Broward Water Control District. Pirooz, as the Design Engineer, was responsible for
<br />the design a culvert bridge for property access over the canal for the installation of a 60 inch pipe culvert to control
<br />the flow, pavement design, signing and marking, rip rap, and guardrails. This required coordination between the
<br />county, city and the South Florida Water Management District for permitting, inspection, and certification.
