<br />3. Records confirming that managers, supervisors and employees have been trained <br />under this program shall be kept for three years. <br /> <br />D. Drug Training Program <br /> <br />1. The City shall establish and maintain a Drug Training Program. The Program shall, <br />at a minimum, include the following: <br /> <br />a. A written statement on file and available for inspection at its Human Resources <br />Department outlining the Program. <br /> <br />b. At least an annual educational and training component for employees which <br />addresses drugs; and <br /> <br />c. An educational and training component for all supervisory and managerial <br />personnel which addresses drugs. <br /> <br />2. The educational and training components described in D.l.b and D.1.c above shall <br />include the following: <br /> <br />a. The effects and consequences of drug use on personal health, safety and work <br />environment. <br /> <br />b. The manifestations and behavioral changes that may indicate drug use or abuse. <br /> <br />c.
