Fleet Wide Remote Management System f Janua 4, 2012 <br />January <br />Personnel To Be Trained <br />There will be several levels of staffing associated with the RSI AVL operation; therefore, the <br />training and orientation program will focus on both the required (`need to know') and inherent <br />technical expertise of each of the employee groups or individuals, as follows: <br />Drivers <br />Anticipated staff (final count TBD) <br />An in depth orientation in the AVL System function, usage, and dispatching requirements <br />at the vehicle level. <br />• basic orientation in AVL System functionality and trouble shooting (when to ask for <br />help). <br />• practical orientation in System capabilities as they relate to overall operations and <br />customer services. <br />Dispatchers <br />Anticipated staff (final count TBD) <br />An in -depth orientation in the usage and a practical orientation in the features relating to <br />operations and customer services of all AVL equipment at the vehicle and Dispatch <br />Center levels. <br />A basic orientation in function trouble shooting (when to ask for help) at both the vehicle <br />and dispatch center levels. <br />An in -depth orientation in data entry and retrieval, report design, generation and <br />production. <br />Supervisors <br />An anticipated staff (final count TBD) <br />An in -depth orientation in the usage and a practical orientation in the features relating to <br />operations and customer services of all AVL equipment at the vehicle and Dispatch <br />Center levels. <br />A basic orientation in function trouble shooting (when to ask for help) at both the vehicle <br />and Dispatch Center level. <br />The ability to train new drivers, dispatchers and supervisors in the use of and overall <br />understanding of system functionality as it relates to all components and features of <br />the RSI AVL technology. <br />Operator Management <br />An anticipated staff (final count TBD) <br />An in -depth orientation in the usage and a practical orientation in the features relating to <br />operations and customer services of all AVL equipment at the vehicle and Dispatch <br />Center levels. <br />Radio Satellite Integrators, Inc. <br />CONFIDENTIAL <br />48 <br />
