© InterFleet° RFP No. 11 -12 -01 <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />4. Approach / Methodology <br />Implementation Plan <br />The City of Sunny Isles Beach is requesting a GPS /AVL System. Outlined below is a preliminary <br />implementation plan for an ASP solution hosted by InterFleet Inc, providing everything from <br />hardware design, production, firmware development, and software development to system set -up, <br />hardware installations, training, and post deployment support. <br />The Pre - Implementation Study <br />The purpose of this study is to understand in detail the requirements as defined in the proposal <br />and confirm how these are met with the features and functions of Interfleete. Any required <br />configurations of the hardware /software will be defined during this stage. <br />During the Pre - Implementation study, the Client will also be introduced to the opportunities that <br />are available in addition to the pre- defined requirements. A report confirming the overall <br />implementation plan will be prepared. <br />The Pre - Implementation study will be conducted in a joint meeting. A plan for the implementation <br />of InterFleet® hardware will be provided for sign -off before the commencement of the <br />customization and implementation of the project. <br />During this stage, InterFleet Inc. will prepare and deliver the InterFleet® solution.
