© InterFleet° <br />RFP No. 11 -12 -01 <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />In this stage, InterFleet Inc. will provide support for the City to put the system in a production <br />mode and answer any post - implementation questions or issues that might arise. This is a 90 -day <br />Observation Period to ensure successful implementation. <br />Post Deployment Support <br />InterFleet Inc. will continue to monitor the system usage over a pre- defined monitoring period to <br />ensure that the system meets or exceeds the stated objectives and goals. <br />Expandability Option <br />The InterFleet® model is ideally suited to fast growth environments in terms of scalability and <br />ease of implementation. Because of its open standard design, it provides a high degree of <br />flexibility to modify your application over time, whether it is additional hardware, expanding the <br />fleet, etc. <br />The InterFleet® solution being proposed will be hosted at the InterFleet Inc. Data Servers, thus no <br />servers are required for hosting data. Furthermore, InterFleet® is delivered in an ASP format and <br />does not require software to be installed on any computers for end -users to access the data. <br />All that the Client requires per end -user computer is the following: <br />Operating System Windows 98 or later <br />Web Browser Internet Explorer 5.5 or later <br />Components Microsoft`s Data Access Component(MDAC 2.8) <br />Visual Basic Runtime <br />Microsoft °ActiveXTM Control Pad <br />Internet Connection Must not go through a proxy server <br />is document contains rn orma ion that is proprietary to InterFleet Inc. se <br />or disclosure of any material contained herein without the consent of InterFleet Inc. is strictly prohibited. <br />
