The Contractor shall submit its proposed plan and method for performing the Work described <br />herein including a list of equipment and personnel anticipated to be used. <br /> <br />9. EQUIPMENT – All Equipment shall conform with and be installed per manufacturer’s <br />instructions, specifications, and recommendations for safe and efficient operations. All <br />manufacturer operation and maintenance guides shall be issued to the building operator after <br />successful completion of new system installation. <br />9.1 Each system component shall be permanently marked with manufacturer's <br />identification showing: <br />a. Manufacturer <br />b. Capacity <br />c. Service Rating. <br />d. Type, Grade or Class of Each Item as Applicable <br />e. Certification of Approval if Applicable <br /> <br />10.
