NW 87th Avenue is primarily a north -south urban arterial, Miami -Dade County owned <br />roadway, with a design speed of 45 mph, The proposed improvements will provide a much needed north - <br />south corridor along western Miami -Dade County. RJ Behar is responsible for the roadway design, traffic <br />studies and operations, drainage design, signing and pavement markings and overall coordination. The <br />scope of the project included a traffic study and development of several alternatives for the intersection of <br />Okeechobee Road and NW 87th.
