<br />'SR 836 EMERGENCY RAMP, MIAMI, FL — MIAMI -DADE EXPRESSWAY AUTHORITY
<br />Project Manager — The project consists of the creating a single lane ramp that connects the Florida
<br />Turnpike on -ramp to the westbound SR 836 extension for emergency use only. The emergency ramp was requested by
<br />the Miami -Dade Fire Rescue Department to reduce their response time to emergencies along the 836 extension and
<br />locations where using the 836 extension would be the most direct route. This design is considered "complex- highway"
<br />and will be part of the MDX system. An emergency u -turn will be designed on the SR 836 Extension between SW 127th
<br />Avenue and SW 137th Avenue. The design of a retaining wall will also be required along the alignment in the vicinity of
<br />the South Florida Water Management District C -2 Canal. All the associated drainage design, environmental permitting
<br />and utility coordination will be part of this project as well.

<br />Project Manager — Plans Review: The project includes reviews for compliance with FDOT criteria, construction time
<br />estimate preparation /review, review of computation booklets, specification packages, cost estimates, etc. The
<br />deliverables include review comments in the ERC database, marked -up plans, design exception variation reports,
<br />contract time estimates, traffic control plan review /constructability, quantity computations with pay item verifications,
<br />utility conflicts, right -of -way encroachments, etc. Design Support Services: Perform design services for the FDOT
<br />issued on a Task Work Order basis. The deliverables will be CADD compliant, in electronic format, signed and sealed
<br />with PEDDS.

<br />Engineer of Record - for the addition of cul -de -sacs, curb and gutter typical sections, parking areas and drainage
<br />improvements; including utility coordination and public involvement.
<br />EAST 56th STREET, 8th AVENUE TO EAST OF THE UPS ENTRANCE — CITY OF HIALEAH, FL
<br />Project Engineer — Developed the horizontal and vertical geometric design, drainage, typical sections, and earthwork
<br />computations; including a complete set of roadway, drainage, traffic control and signing /marking plans; generated
<br />quantities and prepared display boards for and attended the public involvement meetings as well as the utility
<br />coordinator.
<br />MIAMI -DADE AVIATION DEPARTMENT, CENTRAL BOULEVARD — MIAMI, FL
<br />Project Engineer — Finalized the design for the roadway widening and improvement project for the passenger entrance
<br />and exit roadway at the Miami International Airport; including final profile designs, ramp geometry, plans and calculated
<br />final quantities.
<br />HILLSBORO BOULEVARD /MILITARY TRAIL INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT — BROWARD COUNTY

<br />Project Engineer — Prepared roadway plans, signing and pavement marking plans, drainage plans, and utility
<br />coordination for this major intersection improvement project.
<br />NW 7th/gth AVENUE CONNECTOR (DESIGN) — CITY OF FORT LAUDERDALE, FL
<br />Project Engineer — The project includes the roadway design of a 1.5 mile urban section, 4 -lane divided, connector
<br />between NW 7th and NW 91h Avenues in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. The scope of this project includes signalization,
<br />drainage design, signing pavement marking and permitting as well as public involvement coordination.
<br />NW 44th STREET DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS — CITY OF SUNRISE, FL
<br />Project Engineer — Prepared design construction documents and specifications for construction of a swale with sidewalks
<br />and tree wells, which included a typical section analysis, plans, cross sections, drainage structures, traffic control plans
<br />and stormwater pollution prevention plans. A drainage analysis was also performed for the design of the outfall structure
<br />that connects to a local canal.
<br />POWERLINE ROAD, FORT LAUDERDALE /POMPANO BEACH, FL — FDOT, DISTRICT 4
<br />Engineer of Record /Utility Manager — Responsibilities included the design and plans production for this RRR project.
<br />This project involved modifying the longitudinal median profile to correct the cross slope, pavement design, drainage
<br />improvements, traffic control plans, signing and pavement marking (including overhead sign structures), functioned as
<br />the utility manager /coordinated relocations with Florida Power Line transmission poles, landscaping, conventional
<br />lighting and mast arm signals. He also prepared the resurfacing, restoration and rehabilitation (3R) report, lighting plans
<br />and the lighting analysis report.
