C I T Y OF S U N N Y I S L E S B E A C H <br />T R A F F I C E N G I N E E R I N G S E R V I C E S <br />SR -80 DESIGN EAST, PARKER AVENUE TO AUSTRALIAN AVENUE, WEST PALM BEACH, FL — <br />FDOT DISTRICT 4 <br />Drainage Design Engineer for 0.75 mile widening project. Analysis involved exfiltration trench design, storm sewer <br />design and analysis, coordination with other SR -80 design projects and stormwater permitting. He also provided post <br />construction drainage services. <br />SR 80- DESIGN WEST, EAST OF KIRK ROAD TO WEST OF HAVERHILL BOULEVARD, WEST PALM BEACH, FL — <br />FDOT DISTRICT 4 <br />Senior Drainage Engineer — He was responsible for all drainage aspects for the team providing the complex engineering <br />design and permitting services for SR -80 from west of Haverhill Road to east of Kirk Road. The program included five <br />bridges with retaining walls and a 2,500 foot bulkhead along the north side of the C -51 Canal. He also provided post <br />construction drainage services. <br />SR- 710 /BEELINE HIGHWAY DESIGN (EAST AND WEST) — FDOT DISTRICT 4 <br />Senior Drainage Engineer for the design of two new construction /widening projects. The combined length of both <br />projects was 5.33 miles. The western project consisted of the addition of two new lanes to provide a four -lane divided <br />rural roadway, along with the replacement of the existing two -lane bridge and the construction of a new two -lane parallel <br />bridge. The eastern project consisted of the new construction to provide a four -lane divided urban roadway. He was <br />responsible for the drainage design, stormwater management and permitting. Mr. Boyer also obtained a water use <br />permit for irrigation from wells and provided post construction drainage services. <br />SR- 5 /US -1 IMPROVEMENT — FDOT DISTRICT 4 <br />Senior Drainage Design Engineer on this 2.9 mile road improvement project in St. Lucie County. Analysis involved <br />exfiltration trench design, storm sewer design and analysis, cross drain analysis and coordination with St. Lucie County <br />on the design of three regional stormwater ponds. He was responsible for all of the drainage permitting. He also <br />provided post construction drainage services. <br />LE JEUNE ROAD FROM SR -836 TO NW 21s' STREET (MIAMI INTERMODAL CENTER, 106.1) MIAMI, FL — FDOT <br />DISTRICT 6 <br />Senior Drainage Design Engineer for the relocation of the existing six -lane road and new construction of the connector - <br />distributor road and connecting ramps as part of the Miami Intermodal Center associated with Miami International Airport. <br />Analysis included urban storm sewer design, exfiltration trench design, interconnected dry retention ponds design and <br />stormwater permitting to FDOT District 6 standards. He also provided post construction drainage services. <br />TURNPIKE MAINLINE WIDENING FROM NORTH OF SUNRISE BOULEVARD TO ATLANTIC BOULEVARD, <br />BROWARD COUNTY, FL— FLORIDA'S TURNPIKE ENTERPRISE <br />Senior Drainage Engineer responsible for all aspects of the drainage design and permitting of 6.5 miles of widening that <br />included three bridge widening, two bridge replacements and a toll plaza modification to accommodate widening from <br />six -lanes to eight - lanes. Drainage analysis involved slotted trench and exfiltration trench, storm sewer design and <br />analysis; box culvert and cross drain analysis, and both wet and dry retention stormwater management designs. Bridge <br />Hydraulics analyses were completed for each bridge. He also provided post construction drainage services. This project <br />was also broken into northbound and southbound sections for construction to allow for relocation of two high pressure <br />gaslines. Both sections had to be repermitted individually. <br />TURNPIKE LAKE WORTH ROAD TO OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD — FLORIDA'S TURNPIKE ENTERPRISE <br />Senior Drainage Engineer responsible for all aspects of the drainage design and permitting of widening from six -lanes to <br />eight - lanes. Drainage analysis involved slotted trench and exfiltration trench, storm sewer design and analysis; box <br />culvert and cross drain analysis, and both wet and dry retention stormwater management designs, as well as all drainage <br />permitting responsibilities. Two bridge hydraulics analyses were performed, one over the C -51 canal and another over <br />an LWDD canal. <br />TURNPIKE HEFT TO JOHNSON STREET — FLORIDA'S TURNPIKE ENTERPRISE <br />Senior Drainage Engineer responsible for all aspects of the drainage design and permitting of 2.1 miles of widening that <br />included the Hollywood Boulevard Interchange and was designed to accommodate widening from six -lanes to eight - <br />lanes. Drainage analysis involved slotted trench and exfiltration trench, storm sewer design and analysis, box culvert and <br />cross -drain analysis, and both wet and dry retention stormwater management designs, as well as all drainage permitting <br />responsibilities. This project was also broken into northbound and southbound sections for construction to allow for <br />relocation of two high pressure gas lines.
