<br />Ms. Aponte has over 15 years of environmental /water resource experience. In addition she is a certified environmental
<br />inspector with expertise in groundwater, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling. At RJ Behar, Ms. Aponte works on
<br />environmental and water resource projects, and provides support with hydrologic /hydraulic and water quality modeling.
<br />She has significant experience with Phase I and II environmental assessments.
<br />RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
<br />BATTERSEA AND DOUGLAS ROAD DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS — CITY OF MIAMI, FL
<br />Drainage Engineer responsible for developing three drainage alternatives and prepared a drainage report for drainage
<br />improvements. She was in charge of the entire permitting package. The alternatives included pump station, French drain
<br />and deep wells.
<br />NW 44th STREET — CITY OF LAUDERDALE LAKES, FL
<br />Design Engineer — Designed the drainage system for the roadway including pre vs. post analysis using AdICPR,
<br />stormsewer design, spread calculations, water quality ditch design with weir control, culvert life estimation and prepared
<br />the drainage report. She also prepared the Environmental Resource Permit Package.
<br />NW 87th AVENUE (SR- 973 /GALLOWAY ROAD), MIAMI -DADE COUNTY, FL— FDOT, DISTRICT 6
<br />Project Engineer — She prepared the drainage plans for new construction of a major arterial. The scope includes final
<br />design and future new reconstruction, roadway design, traffic operations, drainage, structure and construction.
<br />SR -7 /NW 5th STREET - BRIDGE REPLACEMENT, MIAMI -DADE COUNTY, FL — FDOT, DISTRICT 6
<br />Drainage Engineer responsible for the drainage plans and Bridge Hydraulic Reports. This project included major utility
<br />coordination and large offsite areas discharging throughout the project. Services performed included the
<br />Hydrologic /Hydraulic studies, stormwater management design, bridge hydraulics, signing and pavement markings and
<br />permit sketch services.
<br />DESIGN /BUILD FOR 1.595 FINAL DESIGN, BROWARD COUNTY, FL — FDOT, DISTRICT 4 (AECOM /DRAGADOS)
<br />Project Engineer involved with the drainage design for several sections of the corridor. She assisted with the design
<br />services for the preparation of construction documents for major freeway improvements in Broward County, Florida. The
<br />design tasks include exfiltration trench design, storm sewer design and analysis, and both wet and dry retention
<br />stormwater management pond designs. The design involves the use of spreadsheets, ICPR, ASAD and Microstation.
<br />SR- 997 /KROME AVENUE, BRIDGE HYDRAULIC REPORT, MIAMI -DADE COUNTY, FL — FDOT, DISTRICT 6
<br />Project Engineer — She designed the drainage hydraulic alternatives for the bridge crossing the Miami Canal C -6 at SR-
<br />997 Krome Avenue, using the HEC -RAS model. The SR -997 (Krome Avenue) Bridge crossing over the Miami Canal (C-
<br />6) (Existing Bridge No. 870134) was replaced with one northbound and one southbound road bridge. RJ Behar was
<br />contracted by the FDOT to perform the hydraulic and scour analyses and prepare the Bridge Hydraulic Report for the
<br />project.

<br />Drainage Designer — She prepared the right -of -way occupancy permitting package and NPDES SWPPP plan
<br />preparation
<br />1 -75 /GRIFFIN ROAD INTERCHANGE — BROWARD COUNTY, FL
<br />Drainage /Permitting Engineer — The scope of the project included design modifications to the interchange drainage,
<br />which included modification of inlets and existing pipes, new control structures within the existing ponds to provide
<br />treatment of additional impervious areas and modification of the existing ponds /detention areas.
