<br />Mr. Urdaneta has over 23 years of experience in civil engineering design and construction management projects. He is
<br />very knowledgeable in public and private work projects including buildings, wastewater facilities, roadways, utilities,
<br />stormwater and drainage systems, water distribution, malls, high rise buildings, petroleum platforms, subdivisions and
<br />medical centers as well as hydrologic and hydraulic modeling related to land development projects. Mr. Urdaneta's
<br />experience also includes permitting procedures in entities such as the South Florida Water Management District,
<br />Broward County, City of Sunrise, City of North Miami Beach, City of Coconut Creek, City of Fort Lauderdale, City of
<br />Pembroke Pines, Town of Davie and the City of Austin, Texas.

<br />NW 5th STREET BRIDGE REPLACEMENT — FDOT, DISTRICT 6
<br />Drainage Engineer for drainage design using French drains. This project included major utility coordination, large offsite
<br />areas discharging through the project and permitting.
<br />NW 441h STREET EXTENSION — CITY OF LAUDERDALE LAKES, FL
<br />Project Engineer — He performed the stormwater management and design for the construction of the new roadway and
<br />permitting.

<br />NE 33rd AVENUE NEIGHBORHOOD IMPROVEMENT — CITY OF FORT LAUDERDALE, FL
<br />Construction Project Manager — This project consisted of reconstruction and improvements of the NW 331d Avenue
<br />Neighborhood, from NW 1911 Street to NW 291h Street, which included main water line replacement, drainage
<br />improvements, lighting improvements and roadway rehabilitation. Value $ 3,600,000
<br />EMERGENCY WATER MAIN REPAIR — CITY OF PEMBROKE PINES, FL
<br />Project Administrator — He was responsible for the full construction management services for the emergency repair of a
<br />16" PVC transmission water main that ruptured along Pines Boulevard, east of 145th Avenue in the City of Pembroke
<br />Pines. The project consisted of the replacement of 20 If. of a 16" PVC water main with 16" DIP retrained sleeve pipe, fire
<br />hydrant installation for flushing and testing, backfill and compaction following FDOT specifications. The project also
<br />included the removal and replacement of two driveways connecting a shopping center with Pines Boulevard including
<br />striping and ADA sidewalk ramps. This project was executed as time and material, therefore a meticulous tracking of all
<br />contractor activities and final cost estimates were required.
<br />PINES BOULEVARD (SR -820) AND 1 -75 (SR -93) INTERCHANGE, CEI — CITY OF PEMBROKE PINES, FL — FDOT,
<br />DISTRICT 4
<br />Project Administrator for this $11.2 million Local Agency Program (LAP) project between the City of Pembroke Pines and
<br />the Florida Department of Transportation, District 4. This is a federally funded project consisting of urbanized
<br />improvements at the 1 -75 (SR -93) and Pines Boulevard (SR -820) Interchange. The project includes modifying the
<br />existing interstate overpass, entrance and exit ramps from a rural configuration to an urban configuration, as well as
<br />widening, signalization, landscaping and access management improvements along Pines Boulevard.
