<br />OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD (SR -714) CEI — PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL
<br />Project Administrator responsible for overseeing the roadway construction improvements on Okeechobee Boulevard,
<br />between Australian Avenue and Parker /Tamarind Avenue. The improvements under this contract consist of providing a
<br />new second left hand turn lane on the west approach to the intersection, an auxiliary lane to allow for eastbound traffic
<br />exiting Australian Avenue to enter and merge onto Okeechobee Boulevard, a right turn lane to provide westbound traffic
<br />turning onto Australian Avenue, milling and resurfacing of existing pavements, drainage improvements, sidewalks, a new
<br />combined traffic /rail signal system, lighting, signing and pavement markings, and tree relocation. The typical section
<br />consists of a 6 -lane urban divided arterial with curb and gutter approaching the CSX/Tri -Rail at -grade gated crossing.
<br />Signal and crossing gates will be installed by CSX's Railroad contractor and coordinated with the County's roadway
<br />approach and joint signal installations. Project length: 0.3 miles .
<br />W. 36th AVENUE (FROM WEST 76th STREET TO WEST 84th STREET) CEI — CITY OF HIALEAH, FL; AMERICAN
<br />RECOVERY & REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA)
<br />Project Administrator — He was responsible for overseeing the reconstruction of West 361h Avenue from West 76th Street
<br />to West 84th Street within the City of Hialeah. The general overview and scope for this project comprised of the complete
<br />reconstruction of West 36th Avenue, including new sidewalk, curb and gutter, drainage improvements - new drainage
<br />inlets, 18" storm sewer cross drainage pipe, 1,271 LF of 18" exfiltration trench (French drain). The project scope also
<br />included pavement milling and resurfacing, signing and pavement markings, street lighting, tree removal, and grading of
<br />the adjacent swale areas and sod restoration with Performance Turf. Project length: 0.5 miles

<br />exfiltration trench (French drain). Proposed in the project scope are pavement milling and resurfacing, signing and

<br />CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT OVERSIGHT — CITY OF LAUDERDALE LAKES, FLORIDA
<br />Project Administrator — This project consisted of construction of "The Island "at Veteran's Memorial Park located at the
<br />intersection of SR -7 and SW 361h/371h Street. RJ Behar advised the City of Lauderdale Lakes during construction and
<br />worked with the City to close out the project. Also, RJ Behar helped the City obtain FDOT certification for Local Agency
<br />Program (LAP) funding for this project as well as other capital improvement projects before construction.

<br />Construction Project Manager — This project consisted of reconstruction and improvements to a portion of the Riverwalk
<br />Regional Park between SE 3rd Avenue and Andrews Avenue, which included a new fire line, new vacuum sewer line,
<br />replaced overhead utilities to underground, installed 14 new marine power stations and evacuation pedestals, replaced
<br />the existing two -way road with a one -way paver road, coordinated seawall repair, new tropical landscaping and a new
<br />lighting system. Value $ 3,000,000.
<br />1-75/PINES BOULEVARD BRIDGE DECK REPAIR, CITY OF PEMBROKE PINES, FL — FDOT DISTRICT 4
<br />Project Administrator /Senior Inspector — Inspector responsible for overseeing the demolition and reconstruction of the
<br />concrete bridge deck on Pines Boulevard (SR -820) over the 1 -75 (SR -93) Interchange within the City of Pembroke Pines.
<br />The improvements under this contract consist of the removal and demolition of the existing concrete bridge deck to a
<br />depth of 3.5 inches, or Y2 inch below the top mat of reinforcing steel, sandblasting, check for steel deterioration, and re-
<br />install /splice new reinforcing steel as necessary; and final placement, casting, and curing of the new concrete overlay
<br />deck. Project length: 0.2 miles.
