C I T Y OF S U N N Y I S L E S B E A C <br />T R A F F I C E N G I N E E R 1 N G S E R V I C E S <br />W. 29th STREET 3R SAFETY REVIEW (FROM OKEECHOBEE ROAD TO W. 4th AVENUE) — CITY OF HIALEAH, FL <br />Project Engineer — The fast -track project was a 1.5 mile section of roadway being rehabilitated under the "stimulus" plan. <br />Mr. Bolt performed visual site inspections of the roadway, to evaluate the condition, and recommend reconstruction of <br />concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalks, driveways and handicap ramps. The evaluation also entailed a small amount of <br />asphalt pavement, and concrete drainage structures. Along with the site evaluations, the work included, writing repair or <br />reconstruction design specifications, assisting with the development of construction documents, and preparation of the <br />bid package. <br />PERMIT REVIEW AND INSPECTIONS — TOWN OF SOUTHWEST RANCHES, FL <br />As part of the Town Engineer services, he performed reviews and inspections of all building permits and fill permits for <br />site -work, grading and drainage. He performed final inspection of all permitted work, to ensure conformance to plans. <br />FACADE IMPROVEMENT AT SUNSET STRIP PROJECT — CITY OF SUNRISE, FL <br />Engineer — Designed a Civil /Site plan for a $2.2 million project, which included roadway milling, resurfacing and brick <br />pavers along Sunset Strip, between NW 641h and NW 681h Avenues. It also included parking facilities and coordination <br />with the construction of architectural facade improvements. <br />PRIVACY WALL PROGRAM AT NW 1361h AVENUE AND FLAMINGO ROAD — CITY OF SUNRISE, FL <br />Engineer — Designed a precast privacy wall, regarding of drainage swale and roadway improvements.
