He is also experienced in municipal land development (commercial and residential) and roadway <br />projects using CALTRANS and FDOT standards. At RJ Behar, Mr. Segura produces complete design of construction <br />plans on all types of civil engineering projects. <br />RELEVANT EXPERIENCE <br />SR- 5 /US -1 /OVERSEAS HIGHWAY FROM FONTAINE DRIVE TO S. OF TAVERNIER CREEK BRIDGE, MONROE <br />COUNTY, FL — FDOT, DISTRICT 6 <br />CAD Designer - The scope of services includes milling and resurfacing (Roadway plans) and (Typical Sections), and <br />signing and pavement markings plans. ADA and pedestrian features upgrades. Additionally the Typical Section was <br />modified to accommodate bicycle lanes without widening. The plans were done and in compliance with FDOT cad <br />standards. <br />DESIGN /BUILD FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF SE 3rd STREET, BELLE GLADE, FL — FDOT DISTRICT 4 <br />CAD Operator — This is a road reconstruction project (0.03 mile) in West Palm Beach County. He is involved in the <br />preparation of plans, including roadway, drainage, lighting and pavement markings. He also prepared the plans and <br />profiles for a new 8" water main and 8" PVC sewer line. These plans were used for quantity take outs for final <br />construction cost. <br />DESIGN /BUILD P3 FOR 1 -595 FINAL DESIGN, BROWARD COUNTY, FL — FDOT DISTRICT 4 (AECOM /DRAGADOS) <br />CAD Operator — He is updating sediment structure details for Arrowhead and Pine Island Outfalls; including updating <br />plans, cross - sections and drainage Maps for Zone 4 and Zone 6. <br />INDIAN CREEK, MILLING AND RESURFACING — MIAMI, FL <br />CAD Designer — He prepared full sets of construction drawings including roadway plans, pavement marking, drainage, <br />cross sections and summary of quantities. <br />CONGRESS AVENUE AND PARK AVENUE INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT — PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL <br />CAD Operator — He is responsible for preparing roadway plans for this intersection improvement in Palm Beach County, <br />NW 7th /9th AVENUE CONNECTOR (DESIGN) — CITY OF FORT LAUDERDALE, FL <br />CAD Designer — The scope includes design of a 1.5 mile urban section, 4 -lane divided, connector between NW 7th and <br />NW 911 Avenues in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. The scope of this project includes signalization, drainage design, signing <br />and pavement marking and permitting. The project also includes public involvement coordination. <br />SISTRUNK BOULEVARD (NW 27th AVENUE TO FEDERAL HIGHWAY) ROADWAY DESIGN — FORT <br />LAUDERDALE, FL <br />CAD Designer — He prepared full sets of construction drawings including roadway plans, pavement marking, drainage, <br />and cross sections, summary of quantities and field inspection as well as data collection. <br />SR -84 COLLIER COUNTY, FL — FDOT, DISTRICT 1 <br />CAD Operator for the milling and resurfacing of 4 miles of an urban roadway section. The scope of services included <br />development of typical sections, pavement design, 3R report, community awareness, roadway plans, computation <br />books, LRE and Tran *port. <br />SR -5 (US -1) HALLANDALE BEACH BOULEVARD TO YOUNG CIRCLE HOLLYWOOD, FL <br />CAD Operator /Designer — 3R report, design field data collection and prepared sets of plans. <br />® R.J.Behar R.
