Located just south of the center of downtown Coral <br />Gables, this project was designed and constructed on the fast -track to address the <br />schedule requirements of its tenant. The project included minor roadway <br />modifications, driveway connections to adjacent streets (including LeJeune Road / SR <br />953); on -site paving, grading and drainage improvements; and, off -site water main <br />and sewer main improvements to serve the project. <br />Month and Year the project was started and completed: Design Completion: 2007• <br />Construction Completion: 2009. <br />Role of Firm and Responsibilities: <br />Under contract to the Developer, and working closely with the Project Architect and <br />ultimate user, Consulting Engineering & Science, Inc. served as Civil Engineer of <br />Record for the design, preparation of construction documents and permitting of this <br />project. Special features included providing required drainage improvements in a <br />limited footprint; securing applicable permits from the Florida DOT for roadwU and <br />utility modifications; and, coordinating water and sewer services with WASD and the <br />City of Coral Gables, respectively. <br />City RFP No. 11 -11 -01 <br />7 <br />
