The project included a driveway connection to the State <br />hi hwa ; on -site paving, grading and drainage improvements; an off -site water main <br />extension; and, a sewage collection/transmission system that included an on -site <br />sewage pump station and force main and a public (City of North Miami Beach) <br />sewage force main extension, as necessary to serve the project. <br />Month and Year the project was started and completed: Design Start: 2008; <br />Construction Completion: 2009 <br />Role of Firm and Responsibilities: <br />Under contract to the Owner, and working closely with the Project Architect and <br />ultimate user, Consulting Engineering & Science, Inc. served as Civil Engineer of <br />Record for the design, preparation of construction documents, permitting and <br />construction administration services. Special features of the project included securing <br />access and drainage permits from the Florida Department of Transportation; and, <br />coordinating the inclusion of a bus stop along the site's frontage. <br />City RFP No. 11 -11 -01 8 <br />
