<br />PROJECT EXPERIENCE
<br />Diplomat Hotel, Hollywood, Florida. Prepared coastal control surveys for the 38 -story
<br />Diplomat Hotel in accordance with 61G17 -6 and 6213-33.09 of the Florida
<br />j
<br />Administrative Code. Consultant for compliance with FEMA requirements; provided
<br />exhibits and elevation certificates that reflected compliance with FEMA.
<br />City of Weston, Florida. Serves as the FEMA Administrator as a function of a multi-
<br />service, multi -year contract that CGA has with the City. Back in 1996 Mr. Jackson
<br />developed a close working relationship with Ms, Susan Wilson, CFM Chief, Floodplain
<br />Management and Insurance Branch Division DHS /FEMA Region IV in having the City
<br />accepted into the National Flood Insurance Program. In 2008, Mr. Jackson was tasked by
<br />the City of Weston to have the City become participants of the Community Rating
<br />System. CGA performed various engineering and surveying services, assembled existing
<br />information, consulted with the City's Public Works Department, prepared the
<br />application package, and submitted the request to FEMA's Ms, Susan Wilson and Ms Sue
<br />Hopfensperger, CFM IS0 /CRS Specialist for this application. CGA personnel worked with
<br />the IS0 /CRS reviewer to eventually have the City become CRS participants with a
<br />Classification of 8.
<br />FEMA Administration for the City of West Park, Florida. Work closely with Ms, Susan
<br />Wilson, CFM Chief, Floodplain Management and Insurance Branch Division DHS /FEMA
<br />Region IV on requirement issues and work closely with Ms Mollie Heibert Rosario, MS,
<br />CFM Floodplain Management Specialist National Flood Insurance Program /Mitigation
<br />out of Tallahassee who performs the Community Assistance Contact Report.
<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. Supervised the development of a base map for GIS
<br />by compiling all recorded plats within the City limits.
<br />City of Pembroke Pine Boundary survey for a 167 acre parcel, Broward County,
<br />Florida. In addition to the information provided by the client, research was required for
<br />adjoining ownerships and right -of -way maps for I -75 corridor as well. The survey was
<br />accomplished using and overall static GPS traverse that included sectional work along
