The project <br />included roadway design, signing and pavement markings, signalization, lighting, utility relocation, landscaping and <br />irrigation design. <br />SAMPLE ROAD MILLING & RESURFACING - FDOT, DISTRICT 4 <br />Project Manager - The scope was for over 2 miles of urban section resurfacing including lighting, signalization, signing <br />and pavement marking, access management and landscaping. <br />OLIVE AVENUE STREETSCAPE - FDOT, DISTRICT 4 <br />Project Manager/Engineer of Record - This project involved traffic calming, landscaping, signalization and drainage <br />improvements. The project also involved the replacement of water and sewer lines. <br />SUNRISE BOULEVARD AND 16th AVENUE - FDOT, DISTRICT 4 <br />Project Engineer - This was an FOOT mini-contract and he produced complete roadway plans. <br />US.1 BUS WAY PHASE 11- FDOT, DISTRICT 6 <br />Engineer of Record - The scope was for the final design of an 11 mile busway corridor in South Miami-Dade County. <br />The scope included the necessary environmental document, final design, construction documents, traffic study, heavy <br />signalization design and extensive maintenance of traffic design. Estimated Construction Cost $ 18,000,000. <br />SUNRISE LAKES BOULEVARD IMPROVEMENTS - CITY OF SUNRISE, FL <br />Engineer of Record for the improvement of 2.3 miles of an urban collector. The improvements included the addition of <br />"Valley Gutter" on the outside edges of pavement and the reconstruction of the median. It also included milling and <br />resurfacing the entire 2.3 miles, installation of new pavement markings and signage and aesthetic treatments at three <br />intersections. <br />EPD (ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION DEPARTMENT) LABORATORY GREEN BUILDING - BROWARD COUNTY <br />ENGINEERING <br />Project Manager. The scope of this project included drainage design, signage, permitting and utility coordination. <br />SR.836 AUXILIARY LANES, MIAMI.DADE COUNTY, FL - MDX (EAC CONSULTING, INC.) <br />Project Manager - The scope includes widening and construction of auxiliary lanes on SR-836 at NW 57th Avenue. RJ <br />Behar is reviewing and approving final design plans. <br />NW 14th STREET/SR.836 OFF RAMP, MIAMI.DADE COUNTY, FL - MDX (EAC CONSULTING, INC.) <br />Project Manager - The scope includes the addition of an exclusive right turn lane off the SR-836 ramp and NW 14th <br />Street. RJ Behar is reviewing all the design deliverables and supervising the design firm during the design phase. <br />TOWN ENGINEER - TOWN OF SOUTHWEST RANCHES, FL <br />As Town Engineer, responsibilities include review of all building permits, fill permits, develop cost estimates for the <br />Town's capital improvement budget and represent the Town on all engineer matters. <br />SR 7/SUNRISE BOULEVARD CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION - CITY OF LAUDERHILL, FL <br />Project Manager for the Construction Engineering Inspection Services for this intersection improvement project in the <br />City of Lauderhill. This project involved the widening and reconstruction of this major urban arterial intersection and was <br />accomplished through an agreement between the FOOT and the City. It included extensive utility coordination, resulting <br />from the widening of SR-7, drainage improvements, signalization and lighting. <br />SISTRUNK BOULEVARD (FROM FEDERAL HIGHWAY TO 27th AVENUE) - CITY OF FORT LAUDERDALE, FL <br />Project Manager for this project for the City of Fort Lauderdale C.RA, which involved streetscape, traffic calming and <br />extensive public involvement, water line replacement. <br />NW 44th STREET IMPROVEMENTS - CITY OF SUNRISE, FL <br />Project Manager/Engineer of Record - Project activities included the development of a typical section analysis to <br />determine the most feasible alternative as well as the development of construction documents and permitting. A <br />drainage analysis was also performed for the design of the outfall structure that connects to a local canal. The scope of <br />this project consisted of the enhancement of an existing swale conveyance system as well as improvements to the <br />existing streetscape with the addition of a sidewalk feature along the project limits. Project length: 1.90 miles <br />FLEET MAINTENANCE FACILITY - MIAMI.DADE COUNTY, FL <br />Project Manager - He was responsible for preparing the civil engineering and structural plans for the Fleet Maintenance <br />Facility.
