<br />ENGINEERING EXPERIENCE
<br />Mr. Mazorra has been the Project Engineer/Manager for the preparation of numerous, very successful highway
<br />construction plans. This included design of horizontal and vertical geometry with GEOPAK software. He has done
<br />drafting plans, profiles, cross sections, traffic controls and various ancillary roadway plan sheets using MicroStation
<br />software. Mr. Mazorra has designed roadway signal plans in collaboration with traffic engineering and structural
<br />engineering personnel. He also has 11 years of experience as an FOOT employee and knows the policies and needs of
<br />the FOOT from both a technical and managerial perspective, and can thereby assure the success of any project. At RJ
<br />Behar, Mr. Mazorra is responsible for the design, project management and quality control for the Company's Highway
<br />Group. He has 24 years of experience.

<br />Task Manager - He is in charge of the design and production of the signalization design of 12 intersections along SR-84
<br />for the reconstruction of the 1-595 corridor.
<br />POWERLlNE ROAD (SR-845) PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL - FDOT, DISTRICT 4
<br />Project Engineer for the signal design. The project included milling and resurfacing 3 miles of a major collector, 8 signal
<br />upgrades, safety improvements and miscellaneous drainage improvements.
<br />NW 87th AVENUE (SR.973/GALLOWAY ROAD) MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FL - FDOT, DISTRICT 6
<br />Project Engineer in charge of the signalization plans for the new construction and reconstruction of NW 87th Avenue from
<br />NW 74th Street to NW 103rd Street in Medley, Florida. The scope of this project included roadway plans, drainage, traffic,
<br />lighting, signing and marking, signalization and bridge plans.

<br />Project Manager - Responsible for this milling and resurfacing (RRR) project of 3 miles of a major arterial, signal
<br />improvements, safety improvements and miscellaneous drainage improvements.

<br />Project Manager in charge of the design and production of roadway, signing and pavement marking, and signalization
<br />plans. The scope of this safety improvement project is to mill and resurface NW 27th Avenue, as well as improve the
<br />existing signalization system.
<br />SR.838 (SUNRISE BOULEVARD) NW 31st AVENUE BROWARD COUNTY, FL - FDOT, DISTRICT 4
<br />Project Manager in charge of the design and production of roadway, signing and pavement marking, and signalization
<br />plans. The scope of this safety improvement project is the addition of two left turn lanes, milling and resurfacing, and
<br />pavement widening and the addition of two new signal mast arms.
<br />NW 44th STREET - CITY OF LAUDERDALE LAKES, FL
<br />Project Manager - Construction of a new 4-lane median divided facility. The project includes roadway plans, drainage
<br />plans, privacy walls plans, and permitting, utility coordination and inspection services.
