In addition she is a certified environmental inspector with expertise in groundwater, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling. At RJ Behar, Ms. Aponte works on environmental and water resource projects, and provides support with hydrologic/hydraulic and water quality modeling. She has significant experience with Phase I and II environmental assessments. She has experience with design of French drains and injection wells. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE MIDWAY ROAD ICR.712 FROM 25th STREET TO US.1 - FDOT, DISTRICT 4 (KIMLEY.HORN) Project Engineer - The scope consisted of improving Midway Road (CR. 712) to a multi-lane facility from west of S 25th Street (CR-615) to east of US-1 (SR-5) in St. Lucie County. She was responsible for the pond siting report, drainage improvements, including six (6) wet ponds, varying from one (1) to four (4) acres in size, small segment of French drain systems and swale regrading for side streets. These ponds, FO and swales were used for water quality treatment including nutrient treatment of phosphorous and nitrogen loads and storm attenuation. Length: 2.0 miles :!: BATTERSEA AND DOUGLAS ROAD DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS - CITY OF MIAMI, FL Drainage Engineer responsible for developing three drainage alternatives and prepared a drainage report for drainage improvements. She was in charge of the entire permitting package. The alternatives included pump station, French drain and deep wells. CENTRAL BROWARD WATER CONTROL DISTRICT ENGINEER SERVICES - BROWARD COUNTY, FL Drainage Engineer - She is responsible for the district reviews of drainage, engineering and as-built plans. Responsibilities for plans review involves ensuring that the Central Broward Water Control District (CBWCD) engineering criteria is met and provide review comments as necessary. Site visits are performed as necessary. Coordination is maintained with CBWCD in order to ensure that site development requirements are met. NW 107th AVENUE FEASIBILITY STUDY - MIAMI.DADE COUNTY, FL Environmental Engineer - The purpose of the study was to provide an evaluation of feasibility for extending the NW 107th Avenue corridor from the northern terminus at NW 138lh Street to NW 106lh Street. Ms. Aponte performed the analysis and evaluation of the existing environmental conditions and provided recommendations for mitigation. NW 44th STREET - CITY OF LAUDERDALE LAKES, FL Design Engineer - Designed the drainage system for the roadway including pre vs. post analysis using AdlCPR, stormsewer design, spread calculations, water quality ditch design with weir control, culvert life estimation and prepared the drainage report. She also prepared the Environmental Resource Permit Package. NW 87th AVENUE (SR.973/GALLOWA Y ROAD), MIAMI.DADE COUNTY, FL - FDOT, DISTRICT 6 Project Engineer - She prepared the drainage plans for new construction of a major arterial. The scope includes final design and future new reconstruction, roadway design, traffic operations, drainage, structure and construction. SR.7/NW 5th STREET. BRIDGE REPLACEMENT, MIAMI.DADE COUNTY, FL - FDOT, DISTRICT 6 Drainage Engineer responsible for the drainage plans and Bridge Hydraulic Reports. This project included major utility coordination and large offsite areas discharging throughout the project. Services performed included the Hydrologic/Hydraulic studies, stormwater management design, bridge hydraulics, signing and pavement markings and permit sketch services. US.1/SR.5, ST LUCIE COUNTY, FL - FDOT, DISTRICT 4 Drainage Designer - She prepared the right-of-way occupancy permitting package and NPDES SWPPP plan preparation iR~ R .J.Behar R. J.
