The 100 year flood elevation is 7.0 ft NGVD. <br />The project is not located within the limits of a wellfield protection area, contaminated site or brownfield <br />area, per maps obtained in the Miami Dade County web page, The Average October Groundwater Level for <br />Biscayne Bay is 1.5 ft NGVD, per Miami Dade County Design Standards W.C. 2.2. The land use is medium <br />to high residential and neighborhood business. The project area contains mainly residential condominiums. <br />The soil types are Urban land-Udorthents Association, Soils of the Freshwater and Sawgrass Marsh. <br /> <br />The underground utilities located in the project area, per Sunshine One ticket number 321104613, are as <br />follow: <br />.
