<br />MAJOR ARTERIAL PROJECTS
<br />2010-Present - S.R. 90/S.W. 8th Street from S.R. 821 (HEFT) to S.R. 826 (Palmetto Expressway), Miami-
<br />Dade County, FL - Project Manager for milling and resurfacing project that includes safety improvements,
<br />ADA upgrades, and additional safety upgrades at the intersections of S.W. 92nd Avenue, S.W. 102nd
<br />Avenue to S.W. 99th Place, and S.W. 109th Avenue. Furthermore, upgrades to include provisions for Turbo
<br />Lanes at the intersection of S.W. 102nd Avenue will be made. Design elements include roadway design,
<br />signing & pavement markings, drainage, maintenance of traffic, surveying and mapping, geotechnical,
<br />landscape architecture, bridge design, lighting, signalization and traffic engineering, Client: Florida

<br />2008-Present - Palm Grove Roadway Improvements, Miami-Dade County, FL - As part of a master
<br />continuing services agreement providing Civil Engineering Services to Roadway Projects. Services include
<br />engineering field services, project management assistance, engineering analysis, design services on an
<br />"as needed basis" for preparing roadway plans The project limits are bounded by NE 4th Court to the west,
<br />NE 79 Street to the north, NE 58 Street to the south, and Biscayne Boulevard to the east, within the City of
<br />Miami. Services will include engineering design, ADA improvements, surveying and mapping, landscape
<br />architecture, geotechnical, utility coordination and public involvement. Client: City of Miami. Contact

<br />2008-0ngoing - Mile Marker 30 Scramble Lanes (Big Pine Key), Monroe County, FL - Drainage Design for
<br />milling and resurfacing project including the addition of a paved median or two-way left turn lane to the
<br />existing two-lane and three-lane undivided roadway sections of SR 5 (US 1) / Overseas Highway. The limits
<br />of the improvements begin just south of the intersection of Ships Way and extend north to Key Deer Blvd.

<br />2008-0ngoing - S.R. 93 (1-75) at N.W. 138th Street (Hialeah Gardens Boulevard) Intersection, Miami-
<br />Dade County, FL - Roadway and drainage design at the intersection at NW 138th Street and Hialeah
<br />Gardens Boulevard to include the addition of a southbound left turn lane from NW 138th Street onto
<br />Hialeah Gardens Boulevard and the restriping of the northbound turn lanes from NW 138th onto Hialeah
<br />Gardens Boulevard. Sidewalk and pedestrian ramps are also included. Services include roadway design,

<br />2008-2009 - S.W. 57 Avenue from Coral Way to Tamiami Trail, Miami-Dade County, FL - Roadway and
<br />Drainage Design of milling and resurfacing the project limits from SW 8th Street to SW 24th Street.
<br />Drainage analysis and improvements will also be included within the same limits. Intersection
<br />improvement at SW 8th Street & SW 24th Street will also be improved to increase capacity. Services also
<br />include: roadway design and right-of-way surveys, field investigations, utility adjustment plans,
<br />signalization, lighting, landscape plans, and sidewalk upgrades. This project is part of the DW
<br />Miscellaneous Professional Design Consultant Contract that Consul-Tech has with FDOT District 6 to
<br />perform engineering services and developing construction documents to be used by a selected contractor.

<br />2007 -2009 - S.R. AlA (Ocean Drive),Hallandale Beach, Florida, Broward County, FL. Design Engineer to
<br />assist to FDOT District 4 with RRR milling and resurfacing of SR AlA from South of Seacrest Parkway to
<br />Azalea Terrace. Services include roadway design, drainage, signalization, maintenance of traffic, signing
<br />and pavement markings, utility coordination, surveying, landscaping, geotechnical, photogrammetry, and
<br />public involvement. A "Ride Only" scope was added the contract. Client: Florida Department of

<br />· 2006-2009 - S.R. 5 (US-l) Yamato Road, Palm Beach County, Florida - Design Engineer for 3R Milling
<br />and resurfacing project located on S.R. 5/ U.S. 1 just south of Yamato Road to the C-15 Canal. This
<br />project includes the analysis of existing roadway conditions to extend the service life of the existing
<br />roadway, roadway slopes, geometry, clear zone, and strain poles and appropriate implemental and
<br />analyses. Services also include roadway design, drainage, signalization, maintenance of traffic, signing
<br />and pavement markings, utility coordination, surveying, landscaping, geotechnical, photogrammetry, and
