<br />Mr. Stanton has specialized in utility coordinating, mapping and protection of subsurface utility
<br />systems for over 18 years. He has relevant and recent work experience in designating, locating and
<br />plant protection projects. He has' performed utility investigations with a variety of electronic
<br />detection devices, survey equipment and air/vacuum excavators on numerous projects throughout
<br />Florida, New York, Virginia and Maryland, He has supervised over 10,000 test holes and over
<br />1,000,000 utility feet of designating.

<br />PROJECT EXPERIENCE
<br />
<br />Dlstrlctwlde Utility Location Services, FDOT 6 (2009 - Present). FRA was recently awarded this
<br />contract again, our previous contract ended in 12/2005. Mr. Stanton, as the Project Manager,
<br />facilitates a quick response to the Department when ordering subsurface exploration services. He
<br />provides all the necessary services to designate, locate by excavation, survey and map existing
<br />surface and subsurface utilities to support the design of construction plans on projects selected by
<br />the Department. He provides exact horizontal and vertical locations of existing underground utilities
<br />by way of electromagnetic, sonic and other geophysical location techniques including vacuum

<br />Dlstrlctwlde Utility Coordination Services, FDOT 6 (2006 - 2011). Mr. Stanton has served as a
<br />Utility Coordinator as needed for this contract. During the life of this contract, FRA has received
<br />between a 4.0 and 4.7 composite grade. FRA has completed numerous major roadway projects
<br />under this contract and has provided on-site services, as needed. Tasks have included all phases of
<br />utility negotiations and relocation (electric, telecommunications/cable, water/sewer, gas/fuel). FRA
<br />has provided Utility Coordination services in accordance with FOOT's standards, policies and
<br />procedures and is familiar with FOOT's utility agreements. FRA has worked with various utilities
<br />companies (FPL Distribution, Transmission, Fibernet; Com cast; Bellsouth; Verizon; Miami-Dade
<br />Water & Sewer; Level 3 Communications; Qwest Communications, etc,) on multiple projects within

<br />(11/2000 - OS/2011). Mr. Stanton, as the Project Manager, provides all the necessary services to
<br />designate, locate by excavation, survey and map existing surface and subsurface utilities to support
<br />the design of construction plans on projects selected by the Department. He provides exact
<br />horizontal and vertical locations of existing underground utilities by way of electromagnetic, sonic

<br />Port of Miami Tunnel, FDOT 6 (2009 - Present). FRA serves as a subconsultant to Jacobs on this
<br />mega project, its budget is $1,5 billion. Mr. Stanton, as the Project Manager, facilitates a quick
<br />response to the Prime and contractor when ordering subsurface exploration services. His team
<br />provides exact horizontal and vertical locations of existing underground utilities by way of
<br />electromagnetic, sonic and other geophysical location techniques including vacuum excavation.

<br />1-595 Corridor Roadway Improvements, FDOT 4 (04/2009 - Present). FRA serves as a
<br />subconsultant to the ACS Dragados/EarthTech Team for this project. The area of this project extend
<br />from the 1-75/Sawgrass Expressway interchange to the 1-595/1-95 interchange in central Broward
<br />County, Florida, for a total project length of approximately 10.5 miles. The project consists of the
<br />reconstruction, addition of auxiliary lanes and resurfacing of the 1-595 mainline (including associated
<br />improvements to frontage roads and ramps), and a new reversible express lanes system in the 1-595
<br />median. Under Mr. Stanton's direction, FRA is providing SUE services to support the design and
<br />construction for approximately 15.5 miles of the interstate highway system,
<br />
<br />FRA provides designation of all requested underground utilities by means of electromagnetic and
<br />ground penetrating radar (GPR). In addition, we are providing utility locations using the vacuum
<br />excavation method for approximately 1500 possible utility conflicts, Our in-house surveying group is
<br />providing the necessary survey support so we may deliver a stand alone product certified by a
<br />professional Land Surveyor. The schedule of this project was very demanding, FRA was required to
<br />complete all required SUE work within the first six months of the design, We completed all work on-

<br />Land Surveying Services, Miami-Dade County Public Schools (3/2004 - Present). FRA has been
<br />awarded two consecutive contracts as a Prime consultant by the MDCPS board. Under this contract
<br />we have performed nearly all types of survey services including boundary, topographical, specific
<br />purpose, title searches, elevation certificates, roof surveys, etc. Other types of work provided include
<br />to the school board include ground penetrating radar (GPR), underground utility location and
<br />designation. Mr. Stanton serves as the SUE coordinator for this project. Over the course of the
<br />contract, we been assigned 96 Work Orders most of which were at different schools, on many
<br />occasions the services were required immediately and FRA's survey/utility crews have begun work
