<br />Mr. Herdocia has over 20 years of experience and has been Project Manager, Senior Design Engineer, and
<br />Engineer of Record on various roadway projects for several municipalities in Miami-Dade, Broward, and
<br />Palm Beach Counties. Some of these projects include:

<br />. SW 2641h Street Improvements (US-l to SW 13ih Avenue), Miami-Dade County, Florida - Project
<br />Manager and Senior Project Engineer (Engineer of Record) involved with the design for the proposed
<br />street improvements for SW 264lh Street (approx. 0.74 miles). Design elements included a new
<br />configuration for SW 2641h Street with a two lane divided roadway within an 80 foot right of way. The
<br />proposed con-idol' design consisted of standard travel lanes, bicycle lanes, parking stalls with landscape
<br />bump-outs after every second parking stall, a landscaped median, traffic separator, standard curb and
<br />gutter, sidewalk, school bus drop-off, pavement marking and signage, roadway lighting and report,
<br />school zone with applicable markings, signs and flashers, and modification of existing traffic signal at
<br />US-I. Design elements of stormwater management included over 3,150 feet of exfiltration trench, 2,000
<br />feet of solid pipe, 45 drainage structures, pollution control structure with an emergency overflow into
<br />Naranja Canal with a rip-rap end-wall and manatee grate. Services also included preliminary field
<br />investigations, utility coordination, computation book, drainage report, detailed cost estimates and
<br />permitting through DERM.

<br />. West Kendall District Park (SW lsih Avenue and SW 120"' Street), Miami-Dade County, Florida
<br />- Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer (Engineer of Record) involved with proposed new
<br />roadway design and street improvements for Miami-Dade County. Design elements included over 4,600
<br />feet of exfiltration trench, 1,000 feet of solid pipe, 31 drainage structures, over 5,000 feet of 16" water
<br />main with sub-aqueous crossing, roadway resurfacing, roadway lighting and report, new signalization
<br />with mast arm configuration of existing intersection, over 1 mile of new roadway with sub base, base and
<br />asphalt, sidewalk, guardrail, landscaped median, retaining wall, curb and gutter, pavement markings and
<br />signs and coordination with structural department for design of proposed Bridge over a canal. Services
<br />include the production of Grading and Drainage, Typical Sections, detail plans, preliminary field
<br />investigations, utility coordination, computation book, drainage report and detailed cost estimates. Other
<br />tasks included permitting through DERM, Miami-Dade Water and Sewer, Miami-Dade Fire Rescue,
<br />Florida Depaliment of Health and acquisition of Right of Way permit through SFWMD.

<br />. Hialeah Street Improvements, Hialeah, Florida - Project Manager and Senior Roadway Engineer
<br />(Engineer of Record) for the engineering design and preparation of construction drawings and
<br />specifications for numerous roadway reconstruction projects in the City of Hialeah varying from 0.5 to
<br />1.5 miles, and two- to five-lane sections. The improvements included geometry, earthwork, pavement
<br />sidewalk, curb and gutter, raised median, drainage, lighting, pavement marking and signage. Some of the

<br />Project includes widening from two lane to four lane divided as well as installing new drainage on
<br />existing four-lane section of the corridor. Also included are the reconstruction of sidewalks, curb and
<br />gutters, upgrading 11 signalized intersections to mast arm configuration, and the installation of lighting.
<br />
<br />. SW 6th Street Improvements, Sweetwater, Florida - Project Engineer on the design of approximately
<br />0.5 miles of urban road resurfacing, sidewalk rehabilitation, drainage improvements, pavement marking
<br />and signage, and landscaping plans. Responsibilities included Construction Administration and
<br />Inspections.
<br />
<br />. NE Innd Street Improvements, North Miami Beach, Florida - Project Manager and Senior Roadway
<br />Engineer (Engineer of Record) on 0.8 mile roadway widening and resurfacing project including
<br />pavement widening, overlay, curb and gutter, curbed islands, landscaping, drainage, on-street parking,
<br />lighting, pavement marking and signage.
