<br />EXPERIENCE
<br />Mr. Caicedo has over 31 years of experience in all phases of construction and inspections. During this time he has
<br />built multi-million dollar projects from initial to final phase, commercial developments to custom single family
<br />housing, has carried out daily on-site inspections and supervision, maintaining excellent conununication skills and
<br />safety standards. He has acquired building permits and supervised project construction as well as review of plans and
<br />specifications. Some of his project experience includes:

<br />. North West South River Drive Relocation, Medley, Florida - Senior Inspector for this project in which C3TS
<br />provided engineering design and construction administration of improvements to North West South River Drive,
<br />(from NW 127 Street to NW 122 Street) as part of the area redevelopment effOlt. This project comprises
<br />Northwest South River Drive Relocation and Stormwater Improvements - Phase I and consists of the construction
<br />of approximately 1,500 linear feet of municipal roadway (2-lane) construction, including associated stormwater
<br />system improvements and coordination with the proposed Medley Linear Park project. This phase included the
<br />relocation of the road (demolition and new construction), the supply and installation of storm pipes, exfiltration
<br />trenches, catch basins, manholes and all appurtenances associated with the drainage system. Also including the
<br />use, inspection, cleaning and connection with the existing drainage system, construction of swales, concrete curb
<br />and gutters and valley gutters, driveway approaches, concrete sidewalk, landscaping which includes sodding and
<br />restoration of existing plants and trees, removal and disposal off-site excavation materials. The construction
<br />inspection services included on site personnel to provide overseeing, coordinating, and inspecting the work of
<br />surveyors and construction contractors. Responsibilities included monitoring, record keeping, approving and
<br />recommending requisitions for compensation, review of change orders, estimations, claims, scheduling, shop
<br />drawings and remedial designs. C3TS also provided responses to Requests for Information (RFI) and assuring
<br />compliance with all local, state and federal regulations, on behalf of the Town of Medley. By performing regular
<br />field observations, effective conununication was established between the Construction Administrators, Engineers,
<br />Contractor, and Owner.

<br />. Sunset Drive Improvements (West of US-I), South Miami, Florida - Senior Inspector for this master planning
<br />project involving the development of conceptual streetscape and infrastructure improvements along Sunset Drive
<br />from the western city limits to US-I. These include delineating intersections with concrete pavers and crosswalks,
<br />redefining roadways sections, and providing new lighting and landscape design to increase public safety and
<br />appeal. The master plan was developed substantially in accordance with the City's Hometown Plan Area 2, and
<br />evaluated proposed improvements with respect to their feasibility, cost/benefit, design, and construction. In
<br />addition, C3TS held three public workshops to collect public opinions and suggestions, and ensured the Master
<br />Plan was reflective of, and sensitive to the community.

<br />. Palmetto Bay ViIlagewide Drainage Improvements, Palmetto Bay, Florida - Senior Inspector for this project
<br />that involved field surveying, design, permitting, bidding, and construction administration of drainage
<br />improvements at 10 locations throughout the Village. These 10 areas were identified by the Village as having
<br />flooding problems. The improvements included new drainage structures, exfiltration trenches, outfalls, and asphalt
<br />overlays. The project was completed on schedule and under budget.

<br />. Belle Meade Drainage Improvements, Miami, Florida - Senior Inspector of the civil portion of this $8 million
<br />project which consisted of the design and permitting of a drainage and streetscape improvement project
<br />encompassing several miles of road in a developed flood-prone neighborhood providing quality treatment through
<br />the use of exfiltration trenches and storm water treatment units and discharging through a large stormwater pump
<br />station to the Little River Canal. Permitting included pre/post computer modeling and stage calculation for Miami-
<br />Dade's Class II Surface Water Management Permit.

<br />. Pinecrest Watermain Master Plan and System Design, Pinecrest, Florida - Senior Inspector for the design of
<br />over 27 miles of watermain to complete the potable water system of the entire Village. The Master Plan was
<br />prepared that included a computerized model of the entire system and public workshops and meetings were held to
<br />inform and educate the residents of the work and cost involved in the project. C3TS also prepared special taxing
<br />districts and an EQCB Variance to detail the finances of this $23 million project.

<br />. Highland Village Neighborhood Improvements, North Miami, Florida - Senior Inspector responsible for the
<br />construction inspection services consist of on-site personnel to provide the construction engineering administration
<br />services including but not limited to overseeing, coordinating and inspecting the work of surveyors and
<br />construction contractors. Responsibilities include monitoring, record keeping, approving and reconunending
<br />requisitions for compensation, review of change orders, estimations, claims, scheduling, shop drawings and
<br />remedial designs. C3TS also provides responses to Requests for Information (RFI) and assuring compliance with
<br />all local, state and federal regulations, on behalf of the City of North Miami Beach.
