Assisted with LAP certification and funding <br />for replacement of sidewalks in business district. <br /> <br />GRANT EXPERIENCE <br />John Messerian and CGA have successfully identified, researched, applied for, received, and administered <br />many grants, state revolving funds, general obligation bonds, special assessments and other revenue <br />sources. Assisted CGA clients with funding sources from project concept to project completion. <br />Infrastructure, including water distribution, sanitary sewer collection, storm water management, <br />streetscape, parks, and many other municipal projects became a reality through CGA's specialized services <br />and processing expertise among twelve professionals from a variety of disciplines including planning, <br />engineering, landscape architecture, GIS, emergency management, and building code services, who are <br />engaged in various aspects of grants applications services.
