Commit the right people for the assignment

CTA's design professionals assigned to the City of Sunny Isles Beach Project are
highly qualified and have experience working on all types of civil engineering
projects in Dade County. All assignment coordination will be handled by CTA's
Project Manager and Engineer of Record, Adolfo Gonzalez, P.E., lEED AP to provide
a single point of contact to the City of Sunny Isles Beach leadership Team. Adolfo
will have the ability to commit staff and resources with guidance from our Project
Principal-in-Charge, Robert D. Cole, III, P.E., LEED AP ND. During the project, if the
schedule or scope changes, he will be able to identify the project's needs and
immediately allocate the necessary staff to maintain the project on schedule or to
accelerate the project if necessary.

3. Begin with the end in mind

Our intent in the initial meetings is to understand the expected outcome for the
project. In essence, we will be asking many questions to better comprehend each
project assignment:

· What is the expected level of quality for the completed facility?

· To what extent will we be collaborating or sharing information with City and
advisory committee staff working on other City initiatives?

· How will City patrons access the site?

· What is the intended manner and frequency of site infrastructure maintenance?

We will then prepare a memorandum of project understanding to avoid proceeding
too far without affirmation from the City Leadership Team so that what we intend
to deliver is what the City intends to receive.

4. Implement eTA's Quality Management Program

CTA's Quality Management Plan provides the
CTA Team with processes to efficiently execute
each task to satisfy the City Leadership Team's
expectations, technical requirements, schedule
objectives and funds availability.
