<br />Mr. Krisak has more than 32 years of e"iperience in all phases of land and engineering
<br />surveying including topographic, boundar)\ hydrographic, as-built, construction layout and
<br />location surveys for highways, residential' developments commercial projects and expert
<br />witness testimony. This experience has been gained through a variety of surveying-related
<br />positions, including instrument person, drafter, party chief, and field crew coordination. He
<br />is familiar with a wide range of state-of-the-art surveying equipment. He is also experienced
<br />in project management, field survey supervision, office survey procedures, and staffpower
<br />scheduling. He serves the critical role of Quality Assurance Program Manager for the Survey
<br />Department to ensure the high quality of our survey staff and deliverables.

<br />RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

<br />DISTRICTWWIDE SURVEYING AND MAPPING SERVICES: Mr. Krisak served
<br />as Quality Assurance Program Manager to ensure the high quality of our survey staff and
<br />deliverables for this continuing services miscellaneous contract in which we provide the
<br />district design surveys, parcel and right of way stake outs, digital terrain models (DTM),
<br />geodetic control, control surveys, right-of-way mapping, right of way (monumentation)
<br />surveys, maintenance mapping and parcel sketches. This was a 5-year contract, effective from

<br />LAUDERDALE, FL: Mr. Krisak serves as Project Manager, supervising Engineering Design

<br />Miami Road, Sunset Memorial Gardens, Septic Area #2, #3, #4, #5, #8 and # 16, Facility Security

<br />TRI-RAIL/CSX DOUBLE TRACKING PROJECT, PALM BEACH, BROWARD,
<br />AND MIAMI-DADE COUNTIES, FL: Mr. Krisak served as Project Manager for this
<br />project which involved supplying over 40 miles of control, design and as-built surveys along
<br />the CSX corridor. The surveys were completed to current FDOT standards. (2006)

<br />Mr. Krisak served as Project Manager for portions of 1-75 at Hollywood Boulevard, Hallandale
