Upon receiving this <br />feedback from the ESB stakeholders, we will incorporate comments and revise materials as necessary to <br />produce the final documents. As previously mentioned, these documents will incorporate all of the items as <br />stated in the Request for Proposal and will include additional sections as may be agreed as necessaty to ensure <br />a complete and functional security/life safety program. T&M shall prepare, for approval by the City, Prelinllnaty Design <br />Documents consisting of drawings and other materials illustrating scale and relationship of project <br />components, taking into consideration existing conditions and utilities, the City's budget, the City's and / or <br />County's design standards and coordination with adjoining projects. The drawings shall be in AutoCAD <br />using conventional standard drawing format and associated CAD layering guidelines. The project team shall <br />undertake such exploratOlY work and surveys, as it deems necessary to ensure a complete design. It is <br />expected that depending upon the recommendations, the first produced set will represent a level consistent <br />with the architectural Design Documents phase and will be prepared and include the following efforts: <br />. Collect field data for site locations <br />. Develop base mapping in AutoCAD <br />. Utilize scales 0 f 1" = 40' and 1" = 1 00' on 11"x 17" site drawings <br />. Develop design criteria for proposed equipment <br />.
