<br />With over 20 years of professional practice in South Florida,
<br />Mr. Puig is a registered landscape architect with experience
<br />on a number of projects throughout the United States,
<br />Latin America and abroad, within both private and public
<br />sectors. His project responsibilities include management
<br />of designers and planners, marketing, recruiting, and
<br />ensuring our clients receive the best possible service. Mr.
<br />Puig's project knowledge has been built by his critical
<br />involvement in urban design/streetscape; master planning;
<br />site development; conceptual and final design for resorts;
<br />hotels; single family; multi-family; mixed use; and

<br />Heritage Park and Parking Garage, Sunny Isles Beach, FL
<br />CLI ENT: City of Sunny Isles Beach
<br />Project Manager responsible for the landscape, hardscape,
<br />site furniture, site lighting and site planning design from
<br />concept through construction administration of a 4 acre
<br />urban park and 6-level, 500 space parking garage within a
<br />urban coastal site. Key features included an interactive
<br />water feature, performance stage, multi-use event
<br />lawn, amphitheatre seating, memorial wall and plaza,
<br />playgrounds and exercise paths.

<br />At a previous firm, project manager responsible for the
<br />
<br />design and coordination of a multi-disciplinary landscape
<br />architecture lead active park project that provided a two
<br />story recreation building, gymnasium, little league baseball
<br />field and playground. Prepared conceptual plans through
<br />construction documents and coordinated with in-house
<br />disciplines as well as sub-consultants.

<br />CLIENT: Miami-Dade County Park & Recreation Department
<br />Project manager responsible for the conceptual design
<br />and planning alternatives for the Westchester Cultural Arts
<br />Center facility and surrounding outdoor spaces as well as
<br />for the Tropical Park entrance beautification design criteria.

<br />Big Cypress National Preserve Trail Heads and Turn Lanes,
<br />Ochopee,FL
<br />CLIENT: National Park Service
<br />Project Manager responsible for the creation of landscape
<br />architectural environmental and civil engineering design
<br />documents related to the development of eight off road
<br />vehicle (ORV) trail heads. Each trail head included ORV and
<br />standard vehicle parking areas, restroom, informational
<br />kiosk, entry sign and restoration plantings. In addition,
<br />AECOM developed design plans for five turn lanes along U.S.
<br />41, the main east!west roadway within the Preserve.

<br />Everglades National Park Flamingo Master Plan,
<br />Homestead, FL
<br />CLIENT: National Park Service
<br />Landscape architect tasked with the creation of a Master
<br />Plan for the "Flamingo" area of Everglades National Park
<br />focused on the overall vision for Flamingo's redevelopment.
<br />The Master Plan will provide guidance to establish the "New
<br />Flamingo" as an eco-friendly destination with a greater
<br />variety of lodging experiences and visitor services.
