Landscape, hardscape, site furniture <br />and lighting design services for over 15 streets from <br />concept through construction administration. Project <br />included management of subconsultants including civil <br />engineer, and surveyors. Most of the recently designated <br />National Register Collins Waterfront Historic District. The <br />Oceanfront neighborhood project includes improvements <br />to over fifteen city owned public right-of-ways and several <br />'greenway' locations between the Atlantic Ocean and Indian <br />Creek. <br /> <br />East Little Havana Greenprint Study, Miami, FL <br />CLIENT: The Trust for Public Land <br />Project Manager Planning + landscape design services for <br />a greenprint master plan that evaluates current and future <br />parks & open space needs for the community of East Little <br />Havana. <br /> <br />Davie Boulevard Corridor Master Plan, Fort Lauderdale, FL <br />CLIENT: The City of Fort Lauderdale <br />Landscape Architect. Redevelopment master plan + <br />landscaping and streetscape beautification plan for this <br />2.1-mile long corridor. <br /> <br />A::-coM <br /> <br />Miramar Parkway Streetscape, Miramar, FL <br />CLIENT: City of Miramar <br />Project Manager/Landscape Architect. Redevelopment of <br />a 1 mile area of a major roadway within the City of Miramar <br />which included the preparation, coordination and design of <br />conceptual plans and construction documents. This project <br />focused on the creation of a streetscape environment that <br />would encourage the redevelopment of adjacent parcels <br />and encourage pedestrian circulation throughout the <br />corridor. <br /> <br />Indian Creek Greenway, Miami Beach, FL <br />CLIENT: City of Miami Beach <br />Project Manager. Design Conceptual of a greenway/linear <br />park along the historic Indian Creek waterway. <br /> <br />Plantation Preserve, Plantation, FL <br />CLIENT: City of Plantation <br />Deputy Project Manager/Landscape Architect. Responsi ble <br />for the design and coordination of a multi-disciplinary <br />golf course renovation project. This historic private golf <br />course was purchased by the City of Plantation to be <br />converted into a world class public course and linear <br />park with emphasis on the South Florida natural wetland <br />environment. By introducing a linear park feature along the <br />200 acre course, this green space seldom experienced by <br />non-golfers, became a welcome link to other recreational <br />open spaces within the City. Close coordination with the <br />Golf Course architect and Clubhouse architect provided for <br />the successful design of a world class golf course. <br /> <br />Ras al-Hadd Resort, Ras al-Hadd, Oman <br />CLIENT: Qatari Diar <br />Project Manager.
