<br />Mr. Giangrande joined the AECOM team in March 2006
<br />where he is responsible for the management of the firm's
<br />traffic services in Florida. He has served as project
<br />manager for numerous transportation projects throughout
<br />the eastern Florida, Virginia, Maryland and West Virginia.
<br />Mr. Giangrande experience includes numerous projects
<br />ranging from transportation planning, traffic engineering
<br />studies, environmental studies, and all the diverse range
<br />of approvals and typical civil designs required for land
<br />development. Leo has also provided services in the area
<br />of concurrency evaluation, transportation planning,
<br />environmental permitting, regulatory coordination, and the
<br />design of project infrastructure required for all types of
<br />land development both private and municipal.

<br />Hillsboro El Rio Park, Boca Raton, FL
<br />Principal-in-Charge/EOR. Responsibilities include
<br />coordination with design team, City Parks Department, site
<br />engineering, landscape and irrigation design, site lighting,
<br />surface water management and utility design. This project
<br />included the multi-purpose fields, tennis courts, basketball
<br />courts, fishing piers and structures to service the park.
<br />The project had some unique challenges that included the
<br />property being a 30 year old landfill, fishing pier lighting,
<br />water and sewer availability, monitoring plan, security
<br />access and grading. Managed and responsible for all
<br />components of project from planning to final design.

<br />Sand Pine Park, Boca Raton, FL
<br />Pri nci pal-i n-Charge/EOR. Responsi bi lities include
<br />coordination with design team, City Parks Department,
<br />site engineering, construction inspections, landscape and
<br />irrigation design. This project included the installation and
<br />
<br />design of a master drainage system, installation of two
<br />artificial turf multisport fields which included sidewalks,
<br />"bubble misters", maintenance paths for access. Managed
<br />and responsible for all components of project from planning
<br />to certification and occupancy.

<br />Palm Beach Gardens City Engineering duties including
<br />all engineering reviews, public meetings, construction
<br />management and coordination with surrounding
<br />municipalities. Performed services as required for the City
<br />Engineering Department.

<br />Doral Canal Bank Stabilization Program Years 3 and 4,
<br />Doral, FL
<br />Principal in Charge/Project Manager. Responsibilities
<br />include to coordinating with the design team, geotechnical
<br />coordination, hydraulic design, canal stabilization design,
<br />multi-model trail design with intersection modifications,
<br />signage and striping. Project required input of the project
<br />stakeholders which included City Public Works Staff, City
<br />Arborist, Miami Dade County, adjacent residences and
<br />business. Managed and responsible for all components of
<br />project from planning to certification.
