<br />Principal-in-Charge/Project Manager. Responsibilities
<br />include coordination with design team, site engineering,
<br />construction inspections and certification for a widening,
<br />milling and resurfacing roadway project including water
<br />system improvements, drainage system improvements,
<br />permitting and certification. Also coordinated landscaping
<br />and street lighting improvements as well as maintenance of
<br />traffic for the community and schools.

<br />Responsible for permitting, design and determine
<br />environmental issues. Permits required included mangrove
<br />relocation, seawall construction, marina dredging, and
<br />mangrove/shrimp farm construction. Services performed
<br />Included were jurisdictional determinations, environmental
<br />permitting, existing seawall analysis and inspection for
<br />Johnson Seagrass determinations. Also responsible for
<br />coordinating project with adjacent projects of the US Navy
<br />and the US Coast Guard.

<br />Project manager for transportation engineering on this
<br />350,000-square-foot retail development. The project
<br />includes a traffic impact analysis, traffic statement, truck
<br />route study, parking study, right-of-way abandonment
<br />coordination, intersection design, and permitting.
<br />This project includes city annexation, which requires
<br />coordination with the Department of Community Affairs.

<br />Modification, Coconut Creek, FL
<br />Modified a surface water management permit through
<br />many reiterations of site plan modifications to expand the
<br />educational facility phase by phase. Also responsible for
<br />all civil Inspection, permits, and certifications. Buildings
<br />added to the campus included an elementary school,
<br />performing arts center, science building, two high school
<br />class room buildings, soccer fields, two swimming pools,
<br />and softball fields.

<br />Florida Department of Transportation - District 1,
<br />Northshore Village on SR 70, Okeechobee County, FL
<br />Project manager for this transportation engineering project,
<br />which includes 110,000 square feet of retail development
<br />and 1,000 residential units. The project included a traffic
<br />impact analysis along with design and permitting. The
<br />traffic impact analysis approval process presented
<br />challenges due to the lack of Okeechobee requirements and
<br />complexity of this project.
