His experience includes a wide range of surveying and mapping services with an expertise in boundary, sectional retracement, topographic, construction layout, title review, mean high water location, digital terrain modeling and GPS surveys. He has performed right-of-way mapping for Palm Beach County and platting in Martin and Palm Beach Counties. He has worked closely with various environmental agencies in mapping of wetlands, sea grasses, tortoise holes, mangroves and bird colonies. Mr. Knobloch has experience in Land Development Desktop Version 2007, TDS data collection software, and SKI Pro GPS software. Project Experience Fort Myers SWMP, Fort Myers, FL Project Team Leader. Responsibilities included the coordination of five field crews to conduct approximately 660 cross-sections of creeks and canals and the as-built location of 225 drainage structures. The project was to assist engineering in the calculation of a surface water management plan and resulted in a 250 page signed and sealed report. Doral Canal Bank Stabilization Program Years 3 and 4, City of Doral FL Project Team Leader. Responsibilities included coordination of field work and field collection of canal cross-sections and right-of-way location. Florida Power & Light - Heartland Next Generation Solar Energy Center, Glades County, FL Project Team Leader. Responsibilities included preparing boundary and topographic surveys of an 1,152 acre site for a future solar energy center. The survey also included the location of 19 jurisdictional wetlands consisting of 36 acres. Diamond Sands on Hutchinson Island, St. Lucie County, FL Project Team Leader. Responsibilities included preparing boundary and topographic surveys with mean high water location meeting all the requirements of Chapter 62B-33 Bureau of Beaches and Coastal Systems. The topographic survey was conducted collecting sufficient enough elevations to produce a 1-foot contour of the dune and adjacent beachfront along with the location of specimen trees and protected vegetation. All the topographic information was used in support of the Coastal Engineers submittal to the Department of Environmental Protection for site permitting. The project included platting and resulted in a 45 lot subdivision. City of Palm Beach Gardens Municipal Boundary, Palm Beach Gardens, FL Project Team Leader. Responsibilities included the preparation of a sketch and description for the City's municipal boundaries. The project involved plotting approximately 200 historical annexations into the City and developing the overall municipal boundary which consisted of 35,701 acres. The final product resulted in a 29 sheet drawing and legal description. Department of Environmental Protection, Palm Beach, Osceola, and Okeechobee County, FL Project Team Leader. Responsibilities included the preparation of acquisition boundary surveys meeting all the requirements of the Bureau of Land Management Division of State Land Requirements and consisted of 7,206 acres of land. South Indian River Water Control District (SIRWCD) Palm Beach Country Estates, Jupiter, FL Project Team Leader. Responsibilities included preparing a topographic survey for utility expansion for approximately 40 miles of roadway in which all above ground improvements and spot elevations were obtained by aerial mapping. In support of the aerial mapping 80 aerial targets were set and horizontal and vertical control was established for each target. Subsu rface drainage structures were located utilizing Geodetic Positioning System (GPS) Equipment. Boundary lines and right-of- way lines were determined from found local control, and benchmarks and survey baselines were established to reference the proposed design.
