<br />Mr. Kiernan is a Survey Team Leader who joined AECOM
<br />Technical Services, Inc., in 1985. He has over 29 years
<br />of surveying and mapping experience. He has worked
<br />on projects for both public and private clients, including
<br />boundary and topographic surveys, right-of-way mapping,
<br />route surveys, jurisdictional boundaries, legal descriptions,
<br />and platting. He is proficient in both AutoCAD Land
<br />Desktop 2007, TDS data collection software and SKI Pro
<br />GPS software.

<br />State Road 5, Martin County, FL
<br />Project consisted ofthe directing and supervising of site
<br />survey field crews in field traversing and establishing
<br />horizontal and vertical control. Balancing traverses,
<br />processing field data, and establishing alignment of
<br />baseline, centerline, and right-of-way. Preparing FDOT
<br />quality design surveys.

<br />The project consisted of topographic route survey and
<br />included the setting up of horizontal and vertical control,
<br />establishing a construction baseline and road right-of-way
<br />line determination by compiling rights-of-way maps, plats,
<br />and deeds of records.

<br />The project consisted of field collecting data within subject
<br />right of way and the production of right of way/route survey
<br />for the purpose of future roadway expansion.
